Yes. We accept all major insurance plans except Medicaid. We are out-of-network with every carrier, and our insurance team handles pre-authorization, claims and any appeals for you. Breast reconstruction and medically necessary procedures such as breast reduction are often covered. See how insurance works with us.
If your health plan covers mastectomy, the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 requires it to cover breast reconstruction, even though we are out-of-network. That includes every stage of reconstruction, surgery on the other breast for a balanced result, prosthetics and treatment of complications such as lymphedema. Learn more about breast reconstruction.

We have two offices: 500 Mamaroneck Ave, Suite 211, Harrison, NY 10528, serving Westchester County, and 264 Millburn Ave, Millburn, NJ 07041, serving Northern New Jersey. Both are open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
